Declaration of accessibility
This accessibility statement applies to the IDERI note software of IDERI GmbH, published in the context of local instances.
IDERI GmbH endeavors to make its IDERI note software accessible in accordance with the provisions of the BGG (Behinderten-Gleichstellungsgesetz), BFSG (BarriereFreiheitsStärkungsGesetz), EAA (European Accessibility Act), WCAG 2.2 (Web Content Accessbility Guidelines) and in conjunction with the BITV 2.0 (Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung) and the European standard EN 349 501.
Preparation of this declaration on accessibility
This declaration was prepared for the first time on 25.10.2024. An update of the declaration on 15.01.2025 based on any corrections is planned. The basis for the preparation of this accessibility statement is a BITV assessment carried out by the independent A11Y experts Heinrich & Reuter Solutions GmbH (certified and organizational member of the IAAP, the International Association of Accessibility Professionals) in the period from 24.10.2024 to 25.10.2024.
Status of compatibility with the requirements of BITV
This software is not fully compatible with the requirements of BITV 2.0 and EN 349 501 due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions. The aim is continuous improvement towards accessibility. The aim is to rectify various incompatibilities in the near future.
Non-accessible content in accordance with BITV 2.0
- BITV 9.1.1.1 b Alternative text for graphics There is still no option for alt texts for the integrated images.
- BITV 9.1.1.1 c Empty alt texts for layout elements Decorative graphics do not yet have the option of an empty alt text.
- BITV 9.1.3.4 c Responsiveness for other orientations and sizes Message windows and message pop-ups cannot be enlarged.
- BITV 9.1.4.11 Non-text contrasts for graphics, large objects, areas 1:3 The contrast for disabled buttons and the focus style is too weak at less than 1:3
- BITV 9.3.1.2 Other languages labeled The few English-language words are not labeled as such.
- BITV 9.3.3.1 Error identification clearly directly at the location Missing entries are not identified at the location, in some cases only via button status.
- BITV 9.3.3.3 Help with errors Forms lack the necessary information on correcting entries at the point.
- BITV 9.3.3.4 Error avoidance is supported The required information to help with entries is missing from the form itself.
- BITV 11.8.2 Accessible content creation Accessible content creation is not yet fully possible.
- BITV 2.0 Easy language There is no explanation in easy language for people with learning difficulties.

Enforcement procedure
If we do not process your feedback to your satisfaction, you can contact the arbitration board of the State Center for Accessibility of the State of Baden-Württemberg. This arbitration board has the task of seeking solutions to disputes between people with disabilities or their associations and public bodies and companies in the state of Baden-Württemberg and settling them out of court.
